Thankful Thanksgiving Tree

Thankful for Life’s Simple Moments.

Thankful for Family. Thankful for the job I like.

Thankful for my dog, a girls Bestfriend.

Thankful for Good Friends    And so the little orange cards hung gently on the painted red tree branches, each with their sayings of Thanks. I loved the idea from Pinterest when I saw it, so I had to make my own version of a Thanksgiving Tree.  It was quick and last minute, but I think it turned out nice. I bought a pack of Thanksgiving stickers from the craft stores and placed each one on orange card stock paper. I cut them in the same rectangles shapes matching the sticker shape and attached a piece of twine, making a loop to hang on the tree. For the tree, the branches were painted with red spray paint, placed into a white vase.  Next time I think it would be nice to paint the branches silver.  I made a few of my own cards too, a reminder to savor ones blessings for all we have.
